What this screen does

  • Every governed action in Evalio is attributable to a named human. Members defines who can view, draft, review, approve, and release — and which Decision Rooms they can enter. AI Companion entitlements never substitute for a named role.

What data is needed

  • Named governance owner for the workspace.
  • Reviewers and approvers for each active module.
  • Billing and contracting contact.

What is governed

  • No workspace operates without a named governance owner.
  • Two-person rule on any change that influences a decision record.
  • Role changes are audited and time-stamped.
