This module is part of the Evalio operating system. Inputs and outputs flow into the Decision Room under governance. Surfaces below are awaiting input until governed evidence is captured and reviewed.

What this screen does

  • Policies define the rules every module must respect — pay range governance, market-data source rights, approval thresholds, retention rules, and disclosure boundaries. Modules cannot release outputs that violate an active policy.

What data is needed

  • Approved policy text owned by a named governance role.
  • Effective dates, scope, and applicable jurisdictions.
  • Mapping of which modules and decisions each policy binds.

What is governed

  • Every policy change requires the governance owner and a second reviewer.
  • Policy versions are retained for audit and never silently overwritten.
  • Policies in conflict with a module action surface a hard block, not a warning.
