Decision Room

The Decision Room is the governed surface where outputs are reviewed, discussed, and approved. It carries the output, its evidence posture, and its boundaries together so review happens with full context.

Why it matters

Review is only meaningful with context. The Decision Room ensures a reviewer sees what an output represents and what it does not — not just a number.

What you can do

  • Review governed outputs with their evidence and boundaries attached
  • Record approvals, returns, and rationale as part of the decision record

What you cannot infer

  • The protected internal mechanics behind an output under review
