Evidence
Evidence is the structured role and organisational context a workflow needs before it can produce a governed output: role purpose, accountabilities, decision scope, reporting context, and source-rights posture.
Why it matters
Output quality depends on evidence quality. Evalio flags thin or inconsistent evidence rather than silently absorbing it, so weak inputs do not become confident-looking outputs.
What you can do
- Prepare role evidence that describes the role, not the jobholder
- Attach a source-rights status to imported data
- See where evidence is insufficient before relying on an output
What you cannot infer
- That submitting evidence guarantees a particular grade or output
- How evidence is internally weighted or scored
