Onboarding · Role evidence intake

Bring role evidence — never assumed, always declared.

An initial list of in-scope roles, with at least one piece of evidence per role. The Companion structures and flags gaps; it does not author roles.

Role evidence intake

Identify the roles to be evaluated and bring in role evidence. Evalio does not assume roles; it requires them to be declared.

What Evalio needs

  • An initial list of role titles in scope.
  • For each role, a job description or equivalent role-evidence packet.
  • Stated source of each evidence item — internal, sourced, or operator-authored.

What Evalio can return

  • A reviewable evidence index per role, with gaps and contradictions flagged.
  • A bounded readiness signal per role, never a grade or a market position.

What requires human review

  • Any role for which the evidence is conflicting, outdated, or missing.
  • Any evidence that crosses a third-party rights boundary.

Next action

Provide an initial in-scope role list and at least one piece of role evidence per role — internal job description, role brief, or operator-authored evidence packet.
