Human Review
Human review is the required checkpoint where a named reviewer reads an output and its review context, then approves or returns it. Every consequential output passes through human review before use.
Why it matters
Accountability rests with people, not the system. Human review is the control that keeps Evalio advisory and keeps decisions owned by an accountable person.
What you can do
- Assign an accountable reviewer for each output
- Read the output, its boundaries, and review context before approving
- Return an output that lacks sufficient evidence
What you cannot infer
- That approval can be automated away
- That the system is accountable for the decision
