FAQ

Buyer-grade answers — governance, AI bounds, methodology, pricing.

The questions CHRO, CFO, CEO, and consultant buyers ask before engaging Evalio. Direct answers, no hedging.

Most asked

What buyers, consultants, and reviewers ask before engaging.

Who actually decides inside Evalio?

Governance

Clients decide. Consultants govern. The AI Companion supports. Every decision is recorded in the Decision Room with the evidence and approvers attached.

Does the AI Companion ever decide on its own?

AI

No. The Companion is bounded, advisory, explainable, and overridable. It never approves, signs off, or finalises a record.

Will Evalio expose its scoring weights or thresholds?

Methodology

No. Methodology mechanics — weights, thresholds, factor curves, formulas — stay protected. Outputs show the governed shape and qualitative states only.

Will Evalio fabricate market values or benchmarks?

Data

No. Evidence enters under source-rights checks. Missing data is shown as missing, not invented.

How does Evalio work with our existing advisors?

Consultants

Evalio is consultant-compatible by design. The workspace surfaces consultant review steps, sensitive-judgment routing, and audit-trailed approvals.

Why no per-seat subscription?

Pricing

Evalio is engagement-priced around governed scope, not seats or consumption. The pricing page describes coverage of the governed loop per tier.

What is the Decision Room?

Governance

A governance surface where evidence, options, reviewers, approvers, and rationale are recorded at decision-time and sealed into an audit trail.

Are public previews real client data?

Data

No. Every public artifact preview is illustrative structure only, palette-locked, with no live client, employee, or salary data.

Can we override the AI?

AI

Always. The Companion drafts; consultants review; clients decide. There is no path where AI output bypasses human authority.

What does Evalio actually replace?

Methodology

Spreadsheet sprawl, ad-hoc decks, and unrecorded judgment calls — by giving Total Rewards and workforce decisions a governed, evidence-bound, auditable shape.

Do we need to commit before we see proof?

Pricing

No. Proof-before-purchase is the design: browse the artifact shape, inspect the governance, then decide to engage.

Is Evalio a system of record?

Governance

Evalio is a system of governed decisions. Records persist, decisions are sealed, and exports are audit-trailed.

Public preview boundaries

Public previews are illustrative and may use mock or public-safe examples. Evalio outputs are designed to support structured review and decision preparation. They are not legal, tax, regulatory, actuarial, financial, or final compensation advice.

AI helps prepare the work. Consultants review sensitive judgment. Your team decides. Evalio records the rationale.

Evalio’s methodology, output architecture, review logic, and platform materials are proprietary. Public previews do not disclose protected scoring, weights, thresholds, formulas, grade mapping logic, AI prompts, or methodology mechanics.

Use of public pages or sandbox previews does not create a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, employment, compensation, legal, tax, or actuarial relationship with Evalio unless separately agreed in writing.

Evalio is a governed Total Rewards and workforce intelligence operating environment. Public-estate market and benchmark figures are indicative and illustrative; live values inside a workspace are bounded by client source rights.
