Region anchor
Commercial scoping starts from the operating geography and currency context.
Evalio commercial structure reflects company scale, governed role volume, scoped bundles, and reviewed extensions — published in two anchor regions (Egypt EGP and GCC USD) and aligned to Release A runtime evidence.
Start with the Enterprise Readiness Workspace. Scope module bundles for market readiness, performance-cycle foundation, benefits readiness, workforce planning foundation, and governance as the operating shape is evidenced. Capacity and advanced features remain reviewed add-ons, not automatic production claims.
Two anchor regions. One source-of-truth pricing model.
All figures below are read from the governed pricing workbook and apply to the selected region. Billing is enabled only when the relevant commercial scope is provisioned and the corresponding billing configuration is ready. Until then, activation proceeds through guided review.
Evalio pricing is not per-seat. It is structured around the dimensions that define the real scope, evidence maturity, and complexity of workforce decisions inside your organisation.
Your company size band sets the foundational commercial frame. Each Enterprise Readiness Workspace tier carries a distinct base fee, included role allocation, and per-role overage rate.
Bundles scope decision domains — job architecture, market readiness, performance-cycle foundation, benefits readiness, planning foundation, and governance. Release A surfaces remain bounded by runtime evidence.
Capacity add-ons (extra role blocks, additional workspaces, report packs) and reviewed feature add-ons (advanced AI, predictive scenarios) are available individually after scope validation.
Pricing is published in EGP for Egypt and USD for the GCC. Multi-region engagements are scoped commercially.
Consultant review hours, board / executive packs, and market data preparation are governed as add-ons rather than bundled silently into headline fees.
Billing is enabled only when the agreed scope is provisioned and the billing lane is configured for that commercial path. Until then, activations route through guided commercial conversation.
Pricing is composed from these governed dimensions. Each layer is scoped independently during the commercial discussion and activated only when runtime evidence and provisioning are aligned.
Region: GCC (USD). Each tier sets a base annual fee, an included role allocation, and per-role overage rates.

The calculator composes a workspace tier, scoped bundles, and add-ons into a transparent line-by-line total in EGP or USD. Activation remains reviewed before billing.
No. Evalio is priced around workspace tier (company size), governed role volume, scoped module bundles, and add-on extensions. The commercial structure reflects how workforce decisions are actually governed.
Yes. The Enterprise Readiness Workspace is the entry point. Bundles are scoped independently once the operating shape, provisioning, and review path are ready.
Each workspace tier includes an active-role allocation. Beyond it, capacity is added in +10 active-role blocks at a fixed per-block rate.
Prices are read directly from the governed pricing workbook (single source of truth). Multi-region engagements, custom enterprise contracts, and migration projects are scoped commercially.
Online billing is enabled only once the relevant commercial scope is provisioned and the billing configuration is in place. Until then, every activation goes through guided review so commercial fit can be verified before charging.
Governed deployments are scoped on annual or biannual commitments. Monthly values may be shown as display equivalents, but they are not a public billing commitment.
Yes. The Trial Experience on the Job Evaluation Platform is available without commercial commitment. Most commercial discussions are stronger after that bounded proof.
Build an estimate in the calculator, then continue into activation review. Billing is enabled only when the agreed scope is provisioned and runtime access is aligned.

Controlled proof access
Evalio is not licensed at the click of a button. Access is governed. The answers below set expectations before you request it.
Q01
What can I preview before buying?
Try one safe role through the Release-0 Job Evaluation Trial. You see Grade Card, Decision Room, executive summary previews — all with representative state and watermarks.
Q02
What do I get after access?
A governed workspace, named approver routing, real evidence intake, audit trail, and consultant review for in-scope modules. Source data and approvals replace previews.
Q03
What is representative vs real client output?
Every public surface labels itself ‘Representative preview · not client data’. Real client outputs render only inside an activated workspace, on top of validated evidence.
Q04
What requires consultant review?
Job evaluation grade decisions, salary structure design, internal equity, merit guidance, and any output used outside the workspace require named consultant or client reviewer approval.
Q05
What commercial scope fits me?
Scope is agreed through guided scoping — country footprint, modules, role volume, integration depth. The Companion explains scope; it does not quote a price or commit on your behalf.
Output examples available in preview
Representative preview · not client data. Real outputs require workspace activation and evidence validation.
Commercial architecture
This preserves the useful Vite-source pricing structure while keeping Evalio's current commercial boundary intact: no public fabricated price, no entitlement simulation, and no billing commitment before guided scope review.
Commercial scoping starts from the operating geography and currency context.
Company size and operating complexity define the governed workspace frame.
Active role volume shapes capacity planning and review load, not seat count alone.
Activated modules reflect the decision capabilities required for the engagement.
Consultant review, executive packs, and evidence preparation are scoped explicitly.
Billing follows governed scope confirmation; the public page does not auto-quote commitments.
How pricing is scoped
The Lovable pricing flow correctly framed buying as a guided sequence. In the canonical Evalio experience, that sequence is preserved without publishing package prices or implying that access, entitlements, or workspace scope can be self-provisioned from a public page.
01
The conversation starts with the decision you need to make, not with a seat count or package shortcut.
02
Population, geographies, source rights, reviewer roles, and missing evidence are named before activation.
03
Scope is mapped to the right proof, workspace, module, or advisory path without implying unearned readiness.
04
Commercial activation is agreed with clear boundaries: what Evalio supports, what remains human-approved, and what is deferred.
Use this to understand the path, not as a price quote or entitlement commitment.

Start activationConversion safeguards
Companion is advisory only. Coverage depends on governed scope, enabled modules, and review posture rather than public tier claims.
AI prepares. Consultant reviews. Client decides.
Public proof surfaces show advisory posture only. They do not imply universal AI entitlement, client-specific data access, or autonomous decisions.
Companion prepares structured evidence, summaries, and review notes. It does not decide grade, pay, promotion, entitlement, or legal status.
Protected Companion layers activate only when governed commercial scope, module access, and reviewer posture are confirmed.
Sensitive judgment remains with consultant and client reviewers. Companion output is recorded as advisory context, not as the decision-maker.
What public proof shows
Public proof can show advisory review posture, representative preview surfaces, and governed fallback behavior. It does not disclose protected AI mechanics or client-specific activation entitlements.
How commercial scope is agreed
Evalio does not publish per-seat pricing. Commercial scope is agreed through guided scoping. The Companion explains what the conversation involves; it does not quote a price, simulate an entitlement, or make a commitment on the buyer's behalf.
