Decision Room

The governed surface where Evalio outputs are reviewed, discussed, and approved with their evidence posture and boundaries attached.

The Decision Room is where a governed output meets human review. It carries the output together with the evidence that supports it and the boundaries that limit it, so a reviewer reads the full context rather than an isolated number.

Review in the Decision Room means reading the output, its review context, and the governance boundaries around it — then approving, returning, or annotating it. It does not mean inspecting the protected internal mechanics that produced the output.

Because approvals, returns, and rationale are recorded as part of the decision record, the Decision Room is also where a decision becomes traceable and defensible after the fact.

Usage note

The Decision Room is a review and approval surface, not a calculation surface. It governs how an output is read and acted on; it does not reveal how the output was derived.

Public-safe boundary

Review reads the output and its context; it does not inspect protected internal mechanics.
