Privacy policy.
Evalio is committed to responsible, transparent, and governed data handling.
Last updated: March 2026
1. Current data handling posture
Evalio does not persist personally identifiable information entered during the Trial Experience. Inputs are used only to compute and return a bounded evaluation output within the active session. No raw user inputs are stored, transmitted to third parties, or used for model training.
2. Data processing principles
- Outcome-only persistence. Where governed records are stored, Evalio retains evaluation outcomes only — never raw inputs, never personally identifiable source data.
- Session-bounded processing. Trial Experience inputs are processed in-session and discarded. No cross-session profiling, no behavioural tracking, no analytics cookies.
- No third-party data sharing. Evaluation inputs and outputs are not shared with third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers.
- Deterministic, auditable logic. All evaluation outputs are computed by deterministic server-side logic. No opaque machine learning models influence scoring or grading.
3. Governance and rights
Evalio aligns its data handling practices with internationally recognised data protection principles, including the principles of GDPR, applicable GCC data protection frameworks, and relevant jurisdictional requirements. Users may exercise data access, correction, or deletion rights by contacting Evalio directly. This policy is maintained as a living governance document and updated as product scope and jurisdictional requirements evolve.
