Evalio platform use conditions and terms governing access to the public surface.
Last updated: March 2026
1. Platform access and use
The Evalio public surface, including the Trial Experience and proof routes, provides bounded access to a live evaluation engine for review and assessment purposes. Access is provided on an as-is basis within the scope of the current release.
2. Output boundaries and limitations
- Non-decisional outputs. All evaluation outputs from the Trial Experience are bounded, indicative artefacts. They should not be used as the sole basis for employment, compensation, or workforce planning decisions.
- Bounded scope. The Trial Experience provides access to a constrained subset of the Evalio platform. Outputs produced in the trial scope do not represent the full enterprise operating depth of the platform.
- No professional advice. Evalio outputs do not constitute legal, financial, tax, actuarial, or professional guided services. Organisations should apply their own governance, review, and professional judgment before acting on any output.
- Deterministic evaluation. All outputs are produced by deterministic, server-side logic. The same inputs under the same conditions produce the same outputs. No opaque or probabilistic models are used.
3. Intellectual property
The Evalio methodology, internal logic, grading framework, and platform architecture are proprietary to Evalio Group. Public outputs demonstrate capability under a public-safe output boundary and do not disclose protected methodology. Reproduction, reverse engineering, or systematic extraction of internal logic is prohibited.
4. Governing terms
These terms govern access to and use of the Evalio platform, including the Trial Experience and public proof surfaces. By accessing the platform, you accept these conditions. Enterprise engagements are governed by separate commercial agreements. These terms are maintained as a living governance document and updated as product scope and commercial structure evolve.
