Artifacts

Artifacts are the governed outputs a workflow produces — evaluation rationale, grade views, salary structures, equity findings, executive packs — each carrying its evidence posture and boundaries.

Why it matters

Artifacts are how decisions are evidenced and carried forward. An artifact that travels with its boundaries cannot be quietly over-read downstream.

What you can do

  • Read what an artifact represents and how to use it
  • Carry an artifact into review with its boundaries intact

What you cannot infer

  • The internal mechanics that produced the artifact
  • That an artifact authorises action without human approval
