Decision Thread
A Decision Thread is the connected record of a workforce decision — the evidence provided, the governed output, the review context, and the human approval — held together so the decision can be traced end to end.
Why it matters
Decisions that cannot be traced cannot be defended. The Decision Thread is how Evalio makes a decision reconstructable after the fact.
What you can do
- Trace an output back to the evidence and review that produced it
- See where in the thread a human review or approval occurred
What you cannot infer
- The internal scoring steps between evidence and output
