Companion Intelligence
Evalio's advisory assistant that explains terms, surfaces missing evidence, and frames review questions — always advisory, never deciding.
Companion Intelligence is the assistive layer that helps a user understand and navigate a workflow. It can explain what a term, artifact, or workflow means, point out where evidence appears to be missing or inconsistent, suggest which review question to ask, and help interpret what an output represents.
Companion is advisory by design. It supports evidence structuring and decision confidence; it does not make or approve pay, grading, promotion, commission, entitlement, or legal decisions, and it does not produce a guaranteed-compliant or legally certified output.
Companion never reveals protected methodology — no formulas, weights, thresholds, proprietary scoring, internal prompts, or hidden derivation logic — and it cannot access another tenant's confidential data.

Usage note
Companion guidance is an input to human judgment, not a substitute for it. Human review remains required before any output is used for a consequential decision.
Public-safe boundary
Companion never reveals formulas, weights, thresholds, internal prompts, or final pay/legal recommendations.
