Frequently asked questions
- What is Evalio?
- Evalio is a governed Total Rewards and Workforce Intelligence operating system. It runs the end-to-end workflow from role evidence to a recorded decision — backed by consultant review and an advisory AI Companion.
- Is Evalio a consulting firm, a software platform, or an AI product?
- Evalio is a platform. It is operated alongside senior consultant judgement and an advisory AI Companion that prepares evidence. AI prepares. Consultants review. Clients decide.
- Does Evalio make pay decisions?
- No. Evalio does not make pay, grade, promotion, legal-status, entitlement, or commercial-activation rulings. Decision authority sits with the client. Evalio structures evidence and records the decision.
- Does Evalio replace consultants?
- No. Consultant review is built into the workflow spine. Evalio amplifies senior consultant judgement; it does not replace it.
- Does Evalio use salary survey data?
- Evalio brings source-rights discipline to any market evidence used in a client engagement. We work within survey vendor terms; we do not redistribute licensed survey data, and we do not invent benchmark figures.
- Does Evalio fabricate market data?
- No. Public previews are clearly labelled as representative and never present live client data. Internal market evidence is sourced, dated, and carries a truth class (live, aged, modeled, estimate).
- What is a representative preview?
- A watermarked preview of an operating output (a Decision Surface, a representative analysis, a sample report). It demonstrates what the operating model produces without exposing any client's actual data.
- What is a one-record proof?
- A bounded proof path that takes one role or one decision class through the operating model in your context. It is the smallest meaningful unit of proof a buyer can experience before broader access.
- What is the Decision Room?
- The enterprise control layer where evidence, scenarios, consultant review, executive rationale, and the final client decision become one auditable record. See the Decision Room page.
- What does the AI Companion Intelligence do?
- It structures evidence, detects contradictions, drafts governed narratives, and supports scenario thinking. It does not decide pay, grade, or any client-owned judgement. It is advisory and bounded.
- What data does a client need to start?
- The minimum is enough role evidence to evaluate one role (a job description, role context, scope). Larger engagements layer in market evidence, internal equity context, and policy posture as needed.
- Can Evalio support Arabic and English environments?
- Evalio's site has English content today; Arabic / RTL foundations are present in the codebase for select surfaces. A full bilingual rollout is a governed deliverable, scoped per engagement.
- What is protected methodology?
- The scoring weights, thresholds, and internal decision rules that make the system rigorous. These are not exposed publicly — exposing them would weaken the trust posture and the methodology itself. We explain what the system does, not how the scoring is calibrated.
- How does Evalio support CHRO, CFO, and CEO decisions?
- By giving them a recorded, evidence-backed decision they can defend in front of a board, an auditor, an investor, or a successor leader. The Decision Room record is the artefact they retain.
- What happens after I request proof access?
- A consultant-led review of the smallest meaningful unit of proof in your context. Not a sales sequence. Not a payment gate. Talk to Evalio if you would like to start.
