Evalio onboarding
Bring an Evalio workspace from first product use to governed activation.
Six sections, in this order. The walkthrough states clearly what Evalio needs, what Evalio can return, and what requires a human reviewer. Nothing is decided automatically.
How the walkthrough is governed
The Evalio Companion supports the operator at each section — guiding, structuring evidence, and flagging gaps — but never deciding grade, pay, promotion, commission, entitlement, or legal status. The named human owner approves; the Companion does not.
- Organization context. Capture the organization's industry, geography, workforce size, and operating model context that anchors every downstream module.
- Role evidence intake. Identify the roles to be evaluated and bring in role evidence. Evalio does not assume roles; it requires them to be declared.
- Data readiness. Confirm that the workspace has the evidence categories needed for the modules selected during onboarding.
- Governance and access. Set the governance owner who approves Decision Room outputs and define the access posture for invited users.
- Decision Room preparation. Prepare the first Decision Room — the governed surface where reviewers act on one decision at a time. Evalio never approves decisions; the named governance owner does.
- Consultant and human review handoff. Decide whether this workspace requires a consultant-led human review. Some decisions cannot be self-served; the operator chooses a path explicitly.
