How the walkthrough is governed

The Evalio Companion supports the operator at each section — guiding, structuring evidence, and flagging gaps — but never deciding grade, pay, promotion, commission, entitlement, or legal status. The named human owner approves; the Companion does not.

• Organization context. Capture the organization's industry, geography, workforce size, and operating model context that anchors every downstream module.
• Role evidence intake. Identify the roles to be evaluated and bring in role evidence. Evalio does not assume roles; it requires them to be declared.
• Data readiness. Confirm that the workspace has the evidence categories needed for the modules selected during onboarding.
• Governance and access. Set the governance owner who approves Decision Room outputs and define the access posture for invited users.
• Decision Room preparation. Prepare the first Decision Room — the governed surface where reviewers act on one decision at a time. Evalio never approves decisions; the named governance owner does.
• Consultant and human review handoff. Decide whether this workspace requires a consultant-led human review. Some decisions cannot be self-served; the operator chooses a path explicitly.
