Platform use policy.
Policy governing permitted and prohibited use of Evalio's platform environments.
Last updated: March 2026
1. Permitted use
Evalio environments are provided for legitimate organisational review, evaluation, and decision-support purposes. Users may access trial experiences and public proof environments to assess Evalio's methodology, output quality, and platform capabilities within the scope of their own organisational needs.
2. Prohibited conduct
Users may not engage in any conduct that undermines the integrity, security, or intended use of Evalio environments. This includes misrepresenting identity or organisational affiliation, providing deliberately misleading inputs, or attempting to manipulate, circumvent, or stress-test platform controls beyond their intended purpose.
3. No scraping or automated extraction
Scraping, crawling, mining, harvesting, programmatic extraction, or systematic collection of content, outputs, benchmark cues, references, or structured materials from any Evalio environment is strictly prohibited. This applies regardless of the method, tool, or technology used.
4. No use in external AI, machine learning, or generative systems
Evalio content, outputs, structures, artifacts, or materials may not be used to train, fine-tune, ground, retrieve against, benchmark, or improve artificial intelligence, machine-learning, or generative systems. This includes but is not limited to large language models, embedding systems, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and automated decision or guided tools.
This prohibition extends to the development of substitute automated decision or guided capabilities that replicate or approximate Evalio's methodology, output architecture, or interpretive structures.
5. No reverse engineering or protected-logic discovery
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, probing, inferring, reconstructing, or otherwise attempting to discover underlying scoring logic, methods, workflow architecture, interpretive structures, or embedded components is prohibited. This applies to all Evalio environments including public, trial, and platform experiences.
6. No methodology extraction or substitute-tool creation
Using Evalio to extract, infer, reconstruct, adapt, or replicate protected methodologies, output architectures, interpretation structures, evaluation sequences, benchmark framing, or related commercial logic is prohibited. This restriction applies whether the purpose is internal substitute use, external guided use, or competing product or service development.
7. No consultant or intermediary use without authorisation
Evalio may not be used by consultants, advisors, recruiters, intermediaries, outsourcers, shared-service providers, or other third-party service providers to generate, support, package, or deliver client-facing evaluations, grading recommendations, workforce architecture outputs, compensation interpretations, or related advisory materials without prior written authorisation from Evalio.
8. No misrepresentation
Users may not present Evalio outputs, methodology references, or structural frameworks as their own work, as originating from a different source, or as part of an independent guided capability unless explicitly authorised in writing.
9. Enforcement and restriction of access
Evalio reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any environment for any user or organisation that violates these policies. Evalio may also pursue appropriate legal remedies for violations that cause material harm to Evalio's interests, intellectual property, or commercial position.
