Bounded reference views across common market grading frameworks.
Organisations operating across multiple grading systems need bounded interpretation aids, not mechanical label matching. This page provides reference views only — not a conversion engine, not a disclosure of internal mapping mechanics, and not a formal ownership claim over external frameworks.
Framework views are bounded interpretation aids
The reference views on this page are bounded interpretation aids for organisations operating across multiple grading systems. They are not a conversion engine, not a claim of ownership of external frameworks, and not a disclosure of how Evalio produces grades.
Reference views, not conversions
The reference view for a grade indicates the external bands an organisation typically considers when interpreting that grade. It is not a formula, not a mapping algorithm, and not a replacement for governed review. Internal logic for how Evalio arrives at a grade is not exposed here.
Interpretation supports, not replaces, review
A reference view does not make governed evaluation and review redundant. The evaluation produces the grade. The reference view helps organisations read that grade against external frameworks they also operate in.
Bounded ranges, not point equivalences
Reference views are expressed as ranges, not single-point matches. A grade will typically overlap with parts of adjacent bands in external frameworks. This reflects genuine interpretive variance across systems, not imprecision in the method.
Evalio grade-to-framework reference view.
This table presents a bounded reference view between Evalio grades (G4–G22) and four market grading frameworks. Ranges are indicative interpretation aids only — not point-to-point mechanical matches, not a conversion engine, and not a disclosure of internal mapping mechanics.

Bounded reference view (2026). Ranges are interpretation aids — not a conversion engine, not a disclosure of internal mapping mechanics, and not a formal ownership claim over external frameworks. External trademarks belong to their owners. Boundary grades may overlap with ranges in the target framework.
Frameworks for which Evalio provides a bounded reference view.
Reference views are living interpretation aids. They are updated when external framework revisions warrant it. This is not a conversion engine and not a disclosure of internal mapping mechanics.
Hay / Korn Ferry
A widely used point-factor framework across global enterprise. External trademarks belong to their owners; Evalio provides a bounded reference view only, not a crosswalk engine.
Mercer IPE
A widely used grading framework across global enterprise. External trademarks belong to their owners; Evalio provides a bounded reference view only, not a crosswalk engine.
Willis Towers Watson GGS
A 25-band global grading framework widely used in enterprise. External trademarks belong to their owners; Evalio provides a bounded reference view only, not a crosswalk engine.
Radford / AON
A level-based framework common in technology sectors. External trademarks belong to their owners; Evalio provides a bounded reference view only, not a crosswalk engine.
